To provide SACCO services, we collect and process:

• Share purchases and membership fees
• Member's Loan applications, amounts, terms, and repayment records
• Contribution payments and transaction history
• Fine/penalty payments (if applicable)
• Member's Investment records (Wekeza Amana)

We may collect device information (e.g., device type, OS version) and usage data to maintain and improve our Service.

• To provide and maintain SACCO membership, loans, savings, and related services
• To process payments via Selcom and other payment providers

• To communicate with you about your account and SACCO operations
